How often do you come out?
It
really depends on how clean
you want your backyard. Most clients prefer once a week, many choose
twice a
week. Also, more dogs would indicate a more frequent service schedule.
Do you work in the rain?
In
short, yes. We have very few
days of truly difficult weather here. When the weather is too severe we
will
usually be able to provide service the next day.
How do you handle service on
holidays?
We
do not work on the following
holidays-nor the associated Mondays:

New Year’s Day
5)
Labor Day
2)
Easter
6)
Thanksgiving
3)
Memorial Day
7)
Christmas
4)
Independence Day
We
will provide service the day
before or after any missed service day. Service will return to normal
as soon
as possible.
What if my dog and I are
traveling?
We
ask that you call us to let us
know if you will not need service. With 24 hours notice,
we
can reschedule or
suspend your service as necessary. You will not be charged for service
you
do
not receive.
Can
you work with my dog in the
yard?
In
most cases, absolutely. We
love dogs and enjoy their company. There are some cases
however
when
a dog will
not let us in the yard. If you know your dog is not good with strangers
or it
becomes clear that your dog will not let us clean the yard, we ask that
your
dog is kept inside while we work.
We
don’t want to take unnecessary
risks with your dog or ourselves.
Should I leave my gate
unlocked?
Yes.
Our staff will not climb
fences. We ask that you ensure we have access to the back yard on the
day of
service. If necessary, we will provide
combination locks.
IMPORTANT NOTE
If your gate is locked or your dog
will not let us in the yard to
provide service, it may be necessary to charge for the service call
that could
not be completed. If you leave for the day and remember that you forgot
to
unlock the gate, call us to let us know. If we can skip that day and
reschedule
your service, you will not be charged.
Is it possible to get a one
time service or a special event special cleaning?
Certainly.
Just give us a call to
discuss the specifics.
Do we
have to sign any
contracts?
There
are no contracts or
long-term commitments. You can stop service at any time with a phone
call. We
ask that you sign our “New Client Info Form” giving
us permission to enter your
yard to perform our service.
Is there an extra charge for
the first time?
There
is usually an initial
cleaning/set-up charge of $19 payable at the time of signing up for
service. If a yard is unusually large-more than 1/2 acre-or if the yard
has not been cleaned for a while the initial cleaning charge may be
more.
How do I pay you?
Payment
is typically made by
automatic withdrawal. This keeps the costs down by eliminating
statements,
reminder calls and the need to write weekly or monthly checks.
We
offer 4 free
weeks of service for this convenience. We appreciate your business.
Do you have gift certificates?
Yes.
We can provide a gift
certificate for any service we provide. Just give us a call.
